You might say what is the Volcker Rule?  I said the same thing then I remembered that it was part of the Dodd-Frank fiasco from the 2008 economic implosion.  Now I became interested, because anything with Barney Frank’s input has got to be terrible for America.  On the surface Volcker seems to promise more responsibility in managing individuals bank accounts.  However, you never know what the impact of a major change in the banking industry can have on an economy.  So, I am posting this article to educate all of us who are limited in our banking knowledge.  I figure it is better to have some information of what impact these changes will have for the economy.  Will we see a major fallout from this implementation?  I don’t know.  I will add a video and some links on the topic so we can monitor this major banking change.
