It all begin in 1905 when the Jacobson case went to court against the state of Massachusetts. This was a public health law case where the U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling to upheld the right of the state to force vaccination. The court declared that smallpox was a reasonable threat and that police power of the state could be used to protect the public health and safety of others.  (197 U.S. at 25, 25 S.Ct. at 361).

Despite Massachusetts enacted statute that authorized local boards of health to require vaccinations, Jacobson challenged his conviction and refused to be vaccinated against smallpox as required by regulations of the Cambridge Board of Health. The court rejected the idea of an exemption based on personal choice and as a result declared, “The liberty secured by the Constitution of the United States to every person within its jurisdiction does not import an absolute right in each person to be, at all times and in all circumstances, wholly freed from restraint. There are manifold restraints to which every person is necessarily subject for the common good. On any other basis organized society could not exist with safety to its members.” Jacobson v. Massachusetts (197 U.S. at 26, 25 S.Ct. at 361).

The Jacobson trial was the first of many battles against the vaccination war and since then we have come a long way. Today schools across the nation provide exemptions from immunizations for religious beliefs, to certain health conditions and more. But quite frankly with the rise of the Ebola and RV D68 epidemics it won’t take much before our schools or communities think back to the Jacobson case and claim that all must be vaccinated for the betterment of the whole regardless of religious beliefs.

After reviewing the Jacobson case I decided to dive in a little deeper to find out about our current mandatory vaccination laws, which I discovered in two documents: 2014 Mandatory Vaccinations: Precedent and Current Laws and the CDC’s Vaccinations Mandates: The Public Health Imperatives and Individual Rights. In the video below I thoroughly analyze not only these two documents but also cases and events in our histories vaccination saga. What I found will not only anger you but it will prepare you for what could be coming in our near future….

 

After reviewing everything in the video above the one question that seems to sit on my mind is this: If they ever make it mandatory to vaccinate due to a public health emergency then why do they need to quarantine people who refuse immunization if these so called vaccinations work? Aren’t they protected from the disease?? If so why the quarantine…

    Because immunity is not 100% when an individual is vaccinated. Some people will not develop antibodies specific to the antigen that was injected in the vaccine. Its dependent on a a few factors. Age is a big one. The elderly and young will not respond in a predictable manner. Some will not develop immunity. Also the host immune system is important in the vaccine efficacy. If the hosts immune system has some deficiency in creating antibodies then they will be less likely to be protected from the threat organism. That is the reason to vaccinate the bulk of people. By this you get whats called “heard immunity” which will protect those that are less likely to develop antibodies for whatever reason. If most of the population is immune then the virus or bacteria is less likely to pose an infection threat to the community as a whole. So when you get vaccinated its actually helping more than just yourself. Its helping others who may not be able to mount an immune response to that vaccine.

    Now that being said I do not believe in vaccination the way I used to. I have a doctorate degree and was very involved in virology and microbiology so I do have some background here. There is a lot of what is being forced upon the population that is unnecessary. Some are actually causing problems and being brushed over. Gardisil is one that comes to mind. Big pharma is a problem here. They want to make money (or the greedy people do) So if it wont make money they will not do it. Look at all of the new antibiotics released recently. Not many,

    People on the anti vaccine side are just as bad. All of this talk about “boosting” your immune system cracks me up. The people saying that just want your money or have a dog in the hunt. Boosting the immune system is the LAST thing you want. That is what happens in auto immune disorders like Lupis, Chrons, Celiac Sprue, hypersensitivity reactions and many others. What you really want to have is a normal healthy response to an organism. You do not want things to get all out of hand like when your mast cells produce too much histamine. You get hives or worse.

      Another point. I am learning that like the flu virus, ebola mutates. Like the flu virus vaccine, it is a vaccine for ONE type of the virus. Like the flu vaccine, it may or may not work.

      I was talking to a neighbor today. He gets his flu shot EVERY year! Every year he has the flu that lasts for about 5 days! I told him that the flu vaccine is based on the previous year’s strain and may or may not be for this year’s strain of the flu. In other words, its’ a crap shoot! What I DO know is that my neighbor gets the flu EVERY year and gets the flu shot. I NEVER have had it, both the shot and the flu virus…go figure. LOL
